-  The 2nd run of  Compact Flash for Apple II cards has been delayed due
to a parts shortage.  Molex, the supplier of the compact flash slot is
backordered for the part until at least the beginning of March.   More

- In addition to the NIBBLE disks soon to be available via the Lost
Classics Project,  Mike Harvey, the former publisher of Nibble Magazine,
has completed negotiations with A.P.P.L.E. that will  to reproduce Nibble
Magazine and Nibble Books in PDF format on CD-ROM, along with the monthly
disks that were available in NIBBLE's later years.  Several of the books

-  In a game described as "Mario Bros meets Lode Runner," Greg Hedger has
released a new IIGS game "Adventure Alive" for the Apple II
community.  The game requires System 6.0.1, one 3.5" drive, and 1 MB or
more of memory, using either a joystick or keyboard controls.  The game
includes a map and editor program is included.  The program can be
downloaded from A2.Central.com's website
at:  ftp://ftp.a2central.com/pub/gsos/games/action/AdvAlive.shk


 - Axel Bauer's OSXII, an Apple //e emulator has been updated since last
month's announcement.  Version 0.7 of this program can be downloaded
at:  http://apple2.intergalactic.de


-  For anyone developing Apple II software, knowing the available
filetypes is a necessity.  Syndicomm has been designated by Apple Computer
to be the repository of this information, as well as the organization to
assign new filetypes to programs as the need arises.  More information can
